Conditions to participate in the Jamie James Yamaha Champions Riding School:
  • Participants must be at least sixteen (16) years of age. If participant is 16 or 17 years of age, legal guardian's permission and signature are required.
  • Participants must have a valid driver's license in the state of their residence.
  • Only Yamaha vehicles are allowed at JJYCRS. Personal Yamaha bikes to be used by participants must be "track ready" and are subject to on-site "tech inspection". Any personal Yamaha bike not meeting these criteria will not be allowed on the track.
  • Cancellation requests must be received forty-five (45) days prior to the school date in order to receive a full refund.
  • Cancellation requests within forty-five (45) days prior of the reserved school date will be honored with a refund of 50% of the enrollment fee; the remaining 50% will be applied to a future school date.
  • Cancellation school credit must be used within twelve (12) months of cancellation date, or credit will be forfeited in full.
  • The guest instructor for any given school date is NOT known in advance. Guest instructors will appear as their schedules permits.
  • Participants are required to pay a $1,000 "damaged bike deposit" seven days prior to school date. This $1,000 damage deposit covers damages up to $1000. If your deposit is paid by check, and our bike is returned undamaged, we will return your check to you upon completion of the school. If you pay this deposit through Paypal, your account will be credited within 7 - 10 business days.
  • Participants are responsible for additional damages to our bikes that exceed the $1000 deposit.

Equipment and pricing

Rental equipment consists of Pilot Leathers, Arai Helmet, Boots and Pilot Gloves. You can choose the equipment you need or you can choose our discounted equipment package which includes everything for $175 with $500 damage deposit. The damage deposits for equipment rented separately are listed beside each item below. All damage deposits will be collected at the track.

Participation Agreement Waiver Liabilty Release

I uderstand, acknowledge, and affirm that I have been well advised and thoroughly informed of the inherent hazards and dangers of participanting in the sport of motorcycle riding, and in particular, of participanting in the Jamie James Yamaha Champions Riding School. I know that participanting in motorcycle riding and receiving instruction in motorcycle operation at the Jamie James Yamaha Champions Riding School involves potentially hazardous and dangerous risks incidental to the operation of a motorcycle, and I personally assume all such risks associated with the volunary participation in the Jamie James Yamaha Champions Riding School, and in particular, in the operation of motorcycles, including, but not limited to, the risk of physical injury, illness, damage, or harm resulting from such participation including the risk of death and/or any other harm, injury or damage that may befall me.

I understand and agree that on behalf of myself, my heirs, successors, and assigns, I do hereby release, hold harmless, and forever discharge Jamie James Yamaha Champions Riding School (and any other entities involved in the operation of such), its agents, employees, volunteers, or other participants from any and all actions, causes of actions, claims and demands whatsoever arising out of or any way connected with any harm, injury or any damage that may befall me as a result of my participation in the Jamie James Yamaha Champions Riding School including but not limited to those specific activities of operation of a motorcycle, other motorized or mechanized equipment either by myself or others in course of instruction, or while engaged in participation in motorcycle riding activities at the Jamie James Yamaha Champions Riding School; this release, hold harmless and waiver includes any and all claims for liability whatsoever for bodily injury, property damage or wrongful death arising out of or in the course of my participation in the Jamie James Yamaha Champions Riding School, and I hereby argee that I have voluntarily assumed all risks involved in engaging in this activiity.

I further state that I am of lawful age and am legally competent to sign this participantion agreement, waiver and liability release and I further acknowledge that I understand the terms and provisions hereof; and that I am signing this agreement voluntarily, knowing full-well that I am releasing and forever discharging Jamie James Yamaha Champions Riding School (and any other entities involved in same), its agents, employees, volunteers and/or other participants from any and all liability from any losses and damages which I may sustain by participating in the Jamies James Yamaha Champions Riding School.
